Hi! I'm Adeena Frommer — a mom of four, lifelong toy enthusiast, and the voice behind the Playroom column in Mishpacha's Family First magazine.
My column started because I noticed a gap: there was no one cutting through the noise of the toy world for busy Jewish families. No one testing the products that actually hold up through a Shabbos playdate, a Yom Tov with a house full of cousins, or the dreaded between-camp-and-school week. No one asking the real questions: Will it last? Is it worth the price? Will my kids fight over it or ignore it after five minutes?
That's what I do. Every pick in my column has been genuinely tested and loved in my home — or honestly reviewed and passed on. I don't recommend anything I wouldn't actually buy.
The Playroom column runs monthly in Mishpacha's Family First magazine.
